Repair notice
Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the replaced parts and labor. Diagnosis is free if you proceed with the repair; otherwise a basic labor fee applies, always confirmed with you in advance. Mail-in repairs: ship with SF Express (freight collect accepted), we will send the inspection report and quote by phone or WeChat on the day of arrival, and start work immediately after your confirmation. Please include your contact info and a fault description (when it happened, what happened, any water/crash history) in the package.
