1. Scope of Services

This site is the official presentation and contact platform of Chongqing Feixinda Drone Service Center, providing information and enquiry handling for drone repair, rental, trade-in, aerial filming, drone shows, lifting operations and pilot matching.

Specifications, price ranges and case photos shown on this site are for general reference only and do not constitute an offer or final commitment. Actual scope, price and schedule are subject to the mutually confirmed proposal or contract.

2. User Conduct

When using this site (especially the enquiry function), you must not create, copy, publish or distribute any of the following:

(1) content opposing the basic principles of the Constitution, endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity;

(2) content damaging national honour and interests, or distorting, defaming or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs;

(3) content promoting terrorism, extremism, ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining religious policy, or inciting cults and superstition;

(4) rumours, obscenity, gambling, violence, murder, terror or incitement to crime;

(5) content insulting or defaming others, or infringing their reputation, privacy, intellectual property or other lawful rights;

(6) any other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

We review submitted messages and, in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law, will immediately stop transmission, remove illegal content, retain records and report to the competent authorities where necessary.

3. Security

The public site has no user registration or login. The admin system is restricted to authorised personnel of the Center. Unauthorised access, scanning, intrusion or sabotage is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under the law.

4. Intellectual Property

Copyright, trademark and other lawful rights in the page design, text, images, logos, trademarks and code of this site belong to Chongqing Feixinda Drone Service Center or the respective right holders.

No entity or individual may copy, reprint, mirror or commercially exploit the content without written permission. Reasonable quotation for study, research or news reporting must indicate the source.

5. Changes and Disclaimer

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the displayed information due to business adjustment, equipment update or policy change without individual notice.

We shall not be liable for service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure (natural disaster, war, government action, cyber attack, telecom failure, etc.).

Consequences arising from incorrect contact details, inaccurate information or failure to check our reply are borne by the user.

6. Minors

This site is mainly intended for enterprises and adult users. Minors should use the site under guardian guidance, and guardians bear corresponding responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they may be submitted to the competent people's court at the location of our Center.
